Parcel shipping
Packages are generally shipped on Tuesdays and the Thursdays (for products in stock, ordered And paid until 9:00 GMT+1 on a shipping day).
Pre-ordered products are shipped once received, typically 4-8 weeks after ordering.
We can, at our discretion, you immediately ship orders received during the day, but this remains exceptional and is not guaranteed.
Packages are shipped with Colissimo and sometimes Mondial Relay.
You will receive your tracking number by email.

If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us using the small "help" bubble on our website or by email directly.
Our system automatically sends you a link to track your package online (provided that you have provided a valid email address in your customer account or when ordering).
It is also important that the delivery person can contact you in case of a problem with your delivery. We therefore recommend that you also inform your phone number in your profile or when ordering.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs, as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed depending on the product, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight and the package dimensions.
We recommend that you group all your items into one orderWe can – exceptionally – group together orders placed separately, but do not guarantee this possibility.
If your order includes items that are custom made, on order Or out of stock, we will inform you and the shipment will be made, at once, the next shipping day after that all the ordered items become available.
You can ask us to ship your items as they become available, but in this case you will be charged for each shipment.
Delivery to a relay point
The package is delivered to the relay point you have selected. If it is no longer available, we will choose the nearest relay point or contact you.
